ABOUT
Hasami Porcelain is made in small batches in Nagasaki, Japan. The Studio uses a unique blend of stones collected from the local region, and combines it with a traditional potters clay. The result is a highly durable, stain resistant, and tactile collection of dinnerware. There is a uniform diameter to each piece—encouraging stacking, repurposing, and convenient storage.

USING THIS PLATE
Consider this the swiss army knife of dishes. Stack it on top of your Hasami Mug to keep your drink hot, underneath as a coaster, or beside it to hold your teabag. Use it as a lid to your Sugar bowl or Creamer, or nest it inside a larger Beige Hasami Plate for sauce.  Place it beneath your Incense Sphere to catch ashes, as a jewelry dish by your bed, or as the base to your Mini Hasami Planter for catching excess water.
