Explore the process for customizing Wedding Bands, Engagement Rings and other Gemstone Jewelry Pieces.
Initial Meeting
Explore our collection of fine jewelry and talk about possible design alterations. Discuss different gemstone options for your piece with our GIA certified gemologist. Learn about topics like diamond grading and different gemstone cuts. We look forward to answering all of your questions and taking notes to share with you after the meeting.

Review and Select Diamond/Gemstone(s)
During the second meeting view a curated selection of diamonds or gemstones prepared for you by our certified gemologist following the notes from the initial meeting. We will always strive for finding you the highest quality gemstones. We will go above and beyond to source you a completely unique stone that has the characteristics you desire. This includes growing you a custom lab-grown diamond or recutting a stone to the cut that you desire. For virtual appointments, view high quality pictures & videos of the diamonds/gemstones that we will share with you.

Renderings
Visualize your customized design via 3-D renderings sent to your email, once the gemstones/diamonds are selected and the setting is finalized.
Additionally, you have the option for us to prepare a ring frame sample in sterling silver before we set the stone and complete the finalized design. This is especially helpful when the piece being designed is very different from the original sample referenced in the showroom. For virtual appointments, we are happy to ship the sample to you so that you can view it in person.

Receiving The Finished Piece
Once your piece has been crafted and finished, receive an appraisal for it along with information about jewelry insurance and care. Pick the piece up at our showroom or we will gladly have it shipped to you.
